Alpha Connection Youth & Family Services welcomes placement referrals for youth in need of structured, trauma-informed residential care. Our program is designed to support children ages 12–17 who may be experiencing emotional, behavioral, or familial challenges that place them at risk.

What to Include in a Referral:
To ensure timely review and processing, please include the following (if available):
Completed referral form or agency cover sheet
Social history or psychosocial assessment
Current IEP (if applicable)
Medical and mental health records
Court orders, placement authorizations, or removal paperwork
Behavioral reports and incident logs (if applicable)
Important Notes:
Alpha Connection accepts both voluntary and court-ordered placements, including those under probation, foster care, and Child Welfare Services.
Referrals are reviewed promptly by our Clinical and Admissions Team.
We maintain ongoing communication with placing agencies and ensure transparency throughout the admission process.
